This course will introduce you to the principles and practice of good facilitation. Groups often find it difficult to plan and take effective decision and you, as facilitator, can make a significant difference to how well a group operates. This hands on course will provide you with simple techniques for working with groups and you will learn how to build consensus and how to deal with the common problems which make group working difficult.
