The Course:

Having a plan or strategy and being able to implement it is a key tool for the efficient and effective operation of any community group or project. This one-day course will introduce the key skills, tools and techniques that a facilitator will need to support a group in producing an action plan. By the end of the course you wil be able to work with groups to enable them to understand why planning is necessary, agree their core values and purposes, define their areas of work, set operational aims and objectives and put in place simple review and evaluation.
