The Course:

This introductory one-day course is for anyone involved in running a community event, especially those who want events to contribute to a wider process of community participation. This course explores all aspects of building participation in a community event, it will explore techniques for creating interest within the community, introduce you to ways of using communication tools beyond the usual posters and leaflets and will take you through the process of buiding effective community networks around your events.
