Confirmation of bookings for courses
You should receive written confirmation within a week of our receiving your booking. Please contact us if you do not receive this.
Bursaries / Charitable rates
There are limited places on each standard course for un-funded community groups or individuals. To apply please write to us giving details of your group or project and explain how you think the training will benefit you. There is also a charitable rate for standard courses, to qualify for this you are required to write to the foundation giving details (including registered charity number) of your charity and how the training will benefit you.
VAT
All fees quoted are net of VAT, which will be charged as applicable.
Cancellations and Postponements
Standard Courses
Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel or postpone your course or place.
We accept cancellations up to 21 days before the course date, and we will refund your fee less a £10 administrative charge. There is no administration fee if you transfer to another course before the 21 days cut-off period.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your place, although you are welcome to substitute another participant.
In-house Courses
We accept cancellations up to 21 days before the course date, and we will refund your fee less a 10% administrative charge.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will not be refunded.
Postponements of In-house courses are accepted up to 21 days before the course date without incurring additional costs. Courses postponed subsequent to the 21 day cut-off period will incur an additional cost equal to the full cost of trainers plus any unrecoverable costs associated with the original course booking. Postponed courses must be re-scheduled for delivery within 6 months of the original date otherwise the course will be regarded as cancelled and no refund will be made.
We reserve the right to alter the published programme, venue or course fee or to cancel an event at our discretion, in which case our liability will be restricted only to any fees paid to us.
