Introduction

During this year we have had two major sources of funding for charitable projects. Funding from Esmée Fairbairn Charitable Trust has enabled us to deliver training needs analysis, and following on from that, training, to community groups across England. We were also funded by The Tudor Trust to offer capacity building to community groups geared towards neighbourhood regeneration within Telford and Wolverhampton.

“The charitable training ...helped strengthen the partnership between Neighbourhood Management and WRiP and as result we are now a fully integrated team. The “Planning for Real®" consultation and the recent publication of our Neighbourhood Action Plan have received national government recognition.”

Mark Gardner, Secretary, WRiP
